This is a menu-driven solution accessible through our primary shared code, *879#, and a backup code *806#. It also supports dedicated USSD codes if that is the preferred option.
Mobile Application
We provide support to both Android and iOS devices, allowing customization based on the Sacco’s preferences.
Web Portal
Pesapepe features a web portal made available to Sacco administrators and other users. It enables them to manage the service, monitor real-time transaction flow, and perform essential function such as overseeing members’ mobile banking accounts,
handling PINS, mobile device management, activating or reviewing alltransaction, among other key functionalities.
